For purposes of this document fortiswick.com and all of its subdomains and all fortiswick test and demonstration sites on all platforms shall be referred to as The Websites

As a visitor to The Websites we do not require you to register, subscribe or sign in, we do not require you to give us any Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

Where you contract to buy services directly from us we will not pass on any information or payment details to any third-party and any information we are legally required to hold will be protected under the Data Protection act 1998 and from May 25 2018 General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679

For your protection no payments will be taken through The Websites. Any payments taken for goods or services offered exclusively by Fortiswick on The Websites will be via PayPal and payment data will be protected by PayPals encryption services.

Your Privacy and Fortiswick :

We operate a strict privacy policy and do not accept any comments uploaded onto The Websites. To communicate with Fortiswick use our contact page. e-mail, phone, text or write to us. Any PII you may include in contacting us this way is strictly confidential and will be protected by organizational and technical strategies, kept on password protected servers.  and will never be related to any third parties without your explicit permission, unless you send us abusive, offensive, threatening or other such communication which would be in breach of the law and may constitute a criminal offense. In this case we reserve our right to pass on any such communication and any other pertinent information to the relevant authorities, where legislation requires we cannot do so without those authorities being in possession of an appropriate statutory instrument (IE :- a warrant or possession order) we will do so on production of that instrument.
